Yes. There's no payment involved. You get the ebook once you open an account with one of our partner exchanges and confirm your user ID.
Do I have to fund my exchange account to qualify?
No. Simply opening and verifying your account is enough to request the ebook. Any trading you do afterward is entirely your choice.
